Let's face it, it's hard to work with corners by hand.  Use this tool to make every corner perfect — be that whenever you're fairing a boat, house, or whatever else.

Adjustable parameters let you specify the angle and curvature to fully suit your project — adjust according to your needs, save the file, and print the custom tool you need!

These are meant to be disposable, but they can be reused if cleaned promptly.

By default, the radius is set to 1".  Scale the model to 50% if you need ½", 25% for ¼", etc.

Printing

PLA at any infill % should be fine, but you'll need high quality, so go with minimum supports and the smallest layer height possible.  Keep in mind that cleaning it will likely require something alcohol-based, and that will dissolve some filaments.
