This standoff jig can help you drill screw-sized holes into VEX Standoffs. 

You need to print 2 for it to work. Put them in on either end, and start drilling.

Recommend to print with higher infill for more durability. Remember not to use too big of a drill bit, otherwise you risk snapping the print!

Make sure your printer has good tolerances, otherwise the hole may not fit.
