You've just summoned a very polite and dapper looking ghost. He seems to be pretty happy about it. He's only small and can't do any harm.

No supports needed if your printer can handle some small overhang. Layer size around 0.12-0.16mm. Less than that may struggle with overhang and more may lose detail.
