The system features a sturdy base that easily attaches under your desk using either screws or adhesive tape, providing a discreet and secure anchor point. The accompanying magnetic handle attaches to the base with a satisfying click, creating an instant, efficient cable holder whenever you need it. Additionally, the design includes holes for attaching cable tags.

Each component, the base houses two high-strength Neodymium Mini Magnets (10 mm x 2 mm) and the handle houses two (V3) or four (V4) magnets that ensure your cables stay in place, yet can be quickly detached or rearranged as needed. CoolClips Material List

For assembling your CoolClips cable management system, you will need:

• 1 Printed Base
• 1 Printed Handle
• 4 Printed Magnet Holders for easy insertion and removal of magnets.
• 4 or 6 Neodymium Mini Magnets (10 mm x 2 mm). I used these: https://www.amazon.de/Magenesis-Neodymium-Extremely-Powerful-Adhesive/dp/B06X977K8L
• 2 Screws with a 6mm head diameter for mounting the base securely.

• V4_coolclips-base.stl: The base file, mountable under your desk.
• V4_coolclips-handle.stl: The handle file, attaches magnetically to the base. No supports are needed. Holds 4 magnets.
• V4_coolclips-magnet-holder.stl: The magnet holder file, needs to be printed four times to accommodate all magnets in both the base and handle.
• V3_coolclips-base.stl: The base file, mountable under your desk.
• V3_coolclips-handle.stl: The handle file, attaches magnetically to the base. No supports are needed. Holds 2 magnets.
• V3_coolclips-magnet-holder.stl: The magnet holder file, needs to be printed four times to accommodate all magnets in both the base and handle.

Magnetic Strength

Much better with V4, which needs 6 magnets instead of 4. Printing version V4 is recommended as V3 has rather weak magnetic strength,
