This capsule filling machine is one of the first works I designed and made by myself.
It is specially designed for accurately filling 100 "00"-sized capsules in a single go.
After the initial assembly, as long as you use it a few more times, the operation will be very simple, and it will be easy to fill the capsules.
I usually sort the capsules into two bags at each end or stack them up. First, I fill the bottom of the capsule with the longer end, and then cover the top with the shorter end.

After the top capsule is filled, just gently insert the middle component into the short-end capsule on the top board, making sure that all the small grooves are placed facing upwards.
Subsequently, the supplement can be slowly pushed into the bottom of the capsule to further compact it and make the capsule more fully filled.

When all the capsules are filled and ready to be sealed, just close the top and middle panels, then flip it over and fasten it to the bottom panel. Make sure the middle and top parts fit tightly together.

Then apply even pressure, and then lift the middle and top parts together. Press and seal the capsules completely one by one. At this point, the job is done.
