Operation steps:

First part:

Draw a constructive circle at the origin and mark the intersections of the circle with the Y axis and Z axis as points A, B, and C, as shown in the figure. Then, draw a semicircular arc with A and B as the endpoints at the origin.

Part II:

Draw a construction line between A and C, and between B and C. Draw an arc between E and B with A as the center; similarly, draw another arc with A and D as the endpoints at point B.
