In today's #3DPrintmas model, I'm sharing a samurai sword with you all. The reason I designed this sword is that my wife's wedding business needed a small, short knife to decorate wedding cakes. So, I first used a picture as a reference in Fusion 360 to sketch out the general outline of the sword and complete the modeling. Then, I cut the model into three parts and scaled it to the actual size, ultimately achieving the ideal proportions.

After the printing was completed, my wife glued the various parts together one by one, and carefully painted and polished them. Then, she eagerly inserted the "real sword" into the cake - I'm sure the sense of accomplishment at that moment must have been extraordinary! The video also captured this wonderful moment for everyone to see.

It should be noted that the knife model shared in this session adopts a half-size design. If you want to create a full-size version, you just need to enlarge the model by 200% in both the X and Y directions. For the knife in the figure, I enlarged the dimensions of the three parts by 200% in both the X and Y directions, while leaving the Z axis unchanged without any adjustments.
