When the upper coarse jacuzzi filter is hard to lift this thing will do the trick.
The .stl is of a hook with 14 cm diameter, I also included the openscad file so you can tune as you wish.

I used PLA but I guess that's noty ideal for stuff that are being used under water so maybe ABS is a better choice.
