Use this model to help you design your next project with interference fitting parts. Interference fit parts can be useful to help join parts together much like wooden dowels or biscuits.

The cube is printed with 6 ‘dowels’ to help you find what size of clearance you need to incorporate into your design. Print them out, plug them into the holes and find out what works for you. You may even find that the orientation of the dowel can affect the fit. 

You may want to come up with a spreadsheet for your findings to refer to later down the track.
