My office has has these OEM aluminum clips that allow you to hang things off your cubical wall. Over the years, people who have been there a while have “acquired” some from empty cubicles and kind of horded most of them into just a couple cubes. Instead of picking a fight, I got my hands on one, duplicated it and now I can print as many as I want in whatever color I want. And by “Whatever color I want,” I mean black.

Check the picture to get an idea of if they might fit a cubicle near you. Don't know if they'll fit your cubes, but for ~23 grams of filament, what have you got to lose? Sorry I don't have any pictures of them in use, but I'm not allowed cameras in my workplace.

Print with no supports in the provided orientation with 5x 0.40-0.45mm walls and it should make perfect loops with no need for infill or gap filler. 

PLA has enough flex that the clip mechanism works and enough strength that I've hung a 20 pound backpack off of one.
