Hello! I designed this for myself, but I thought to upload it just in case someone else was building a BastardKB keeb and ran into the troubles I had.
The plate is designed to snap into the heat insert holes for the PCB shield, just like the original 3D printable adapter. To remove the plate, I had to pry it with a spudger or prying tool.
This has been tested with a Scylla and TBK Mini, I have no idea if it works fully with any other keebs in the lineup, or even the Charybdis variants. Might need to trim the model.
Most of the trouble I had with the original was that it wasn't easy to secure the TRRS jacks, without glue. You might still want a dab of hot glue, but the end of the jack mates with the case quite well, so it's quite secure.
The model is labeled V7 because that's how many rapid prototypes it took to get the fit and finish I wanted, for my use it works perfect. My Scylla isn't hand wired but I didn't bother getting the shield PCB fab'd, so I needed the 3D printed plate. It was quite frustrating how it didn't hold the TRRS jacks, thus making the full keeb annoying to make without glue.
