I bought a set of ER11 collets and an extension to hold very small drills in my mill, and found the collets didn't come with any kind of organizer. So I made one. Of course, I didn't check Thingiverse first... so this is Yet Another Collet Holder.

This one is labeled in metric, and includes a place for the nut.
