This drying rack is probably 2 decades old (or more) and has several broken parts. 

At first I modeled the bracket to be exactly like the original, but realized that I could make it sit tighter as well as be easier to put on and take off, without being weaker in its functionality.

Print as shown with supports. It is important not to rotate it to be on its side when printing (despite the ability to print without supports), since that would make it weaker in the direction it needs to be strong in.

I used PETG since it's slightly flexible and is nicer to use outdoors than ABS. ASA might be fine to use as well. Honestly though, PLA might be fine since you could always print another one if this one breaks after a few year.
