This is my latest design of a floating helmet hanger.
This design adoptsQuicklyIt has a single-layer structure and a simple design.It doesn't need any support at allAnd the printing time can be completed in less than 3 hours.
This helmet hanger is available in two versions:

Basic version: The top adopts a slanted brim design, which allows you to adjust the placement angle of the helmet more precisely for display. It also comes with a sturdy mounting base with a well-designed screw hole layout that is easy to operate, making it convenient for you to securely fix the hanger to the wall.

Adjustable version: Newly added connectable modules make it easy to adapt to helmets of larger sizes. You can print additional modules as needed based on your actual requirements, achieving personalized customization and a perfect fit.
Please note that the accuracy and tolerances of different 3D printers vary. It is recommended to print a few test pieces before printing the entire bracket to ensure the best results.
Please make sure to pay attention to the following points when using it:
- When assembling, please make sure that the arrow direction of the top brim is facing forward, and apply glue as needed to ensure that all components are firmly connected.
- For some helmets, a small piece of packing foam can be stuck to the top of the hanger to improve balance and prevent the helmet from sliding or shaking on the hanger.
After multiple tests, the recommended optimal printing parameters are as follows:
- The default nozzle diameter is 0.4mm.
- The floor height is 0.2mm
- The wall thickness is set to 4 layers
- The filling pattern selected is an 8-percent gyroid filling
- There is no need to add any supporting structures throughout the whole process
