I came across a similar style design from an ad. Company charges around $130 for this made out of metal and plastic. Figured I could come up with something similar and print it for next to nothing. Holds two watches quite well. Its a little bit wobbly if you move it but standing still on display it does not move and it holds even pretty heavy watches with no issue. 

Print the watch holder piece as shown in the pictures and you wont need any support. Friction fit for the holders onto the stand, give it a good shove and it will go on and stay on unless you really want to remove it.
