This wall-mounted door stopper consists of two separately printed parts:
a fixed wall mount and a replaceable stopper element that connects to the mount via a bayonet locking system.

The mounting screw is recessed inside the wall mount and is completely hidden after installation, resulting in a clean and minimal look without visible screws or caps.

The front stopper element is printed in TPU and provides effective impact damping, protecting the door, door handle, and wall even during stronger impacts. If the stopper wears out or gets damaged, it can be easily removed and replaced without uninstalling the wall mount.

The wall mount is designed for rigid materials such as PLA or PETG, while the flexible front part absorbs the impact energy. The overall design is compact, functional, and intentionally simple.

Dieser Wand-Türstopper besteht aus zwei separat gedruckten Bauteilen:
einem Wandhalter zur festen Montage und einem austauschbaren Stopper-Element, das über einen Bayonettverschluss mit dem Halter verbunden wird.

Die Befestigungsschraube wird im Wandhalter versenkt und ist nach der Montage vollständig verdeckt. Dadurch entsteht eine saubere, minimalistische Optik ohne sichtbare Schraubenköpfe oder Abdeckungen.

Das vordere Stopper-Element wird aus TPU gedruckt und übernimmt die eigentliche Stoßdämpfung. So werden Tür, Türgriff und Wand effektiv geschützt. Bei Verschleiß oder Beschädigung kann der Stopper einfach abgenommen und ersetzt werden, ohne den Wandhalter zu demontieren.

Der Wandhalter ist für starre Materialien wie PLA oder PETG ausgelegt, während das flexible Vorderteil gezielt Energie aufnimmt. Das System ist kompakt, funktional und bewusst einfach konstruiert.
