I customized a high-visibility cup sleeve for my drink at work, but I always felt something was missing. So I had a bright idea and added a safety helmet, so that this little guy could safely explore the mine with me. The original model just needs to be scaled up appropriately and the opening size adjusted to just fit a soda can.

I chose TPU material for printing and used the default tree-like support setting in Orca software to build the cantilever structure. These supports are not only easy to remove, but also do not cause any damage to the printed parts at all.
