My kids wanted a fidget spinner, and i wanted to learn Fusion360. Sounds like a match ?
It took a few tries to get it right, but it works well.

I've printed in both PLA and PETG. PETG comes out a little looser than the PLA one, so you might want to adjust to 101% size for that.
