This is a Quadlock tripod adapter I made that ended up similar to the one made by Quadlock. I used the male quadlock adapter I found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1257384 and a tripod adapter I found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:29896 and modified them together in Tinkercad.
