This model will replace the ?bakelite switch face of a Siemens Model 95 motor control center. I didn't use the screw inserts, I just let the screws cut into the plastic. Also, if the felt is still on the bracket this would slide in, remove it. This is a much cheaper replacement.

The black one shown was printed in two colors to get the white lettering, but white-out works as well.
