This is a plug that's designed specifically to fit the pictured feeder.  Be careful not to crack the thin plastic tube that makes up the body of the feeder when removing your broken inserts or inserting the new one.  It may require a little finessing to insert into the hole, but you should hear a light click when it fits into place.

I printed it on a bambu A1 in ABS with the “0.12 mm Fine @BBL A1” preset (I included a 3mf file as well).  You can see the orientation and supports I used in the images.  I left all settings default, except:

• Enable Support
• Type: Tree (auto)
• On build plate only

The trees should snap off pretty well, but it they don't, just use a flat head screwdriver and/or a utility knife to clean up any nubs left behind.
