I was wondering whether I could create a makeshift copy of my old-fashioned room key using calipers and tinkercad - I did and it took me only a half an hour. When printing, make sure that it stands upright, so that the cylinder raises into the air. If you don't, the (S-)bit of the key will break quickly.
