as you can see in the pictures, just put the router lying on its side

like in the picture you have to have the router pretty much all the way to the front so that the lide closes without force. it's still tight enough for the router not to move at all while the lid is closed. 

may also fit with the DW621 as they seem to be the same when it comes to outside dimensions
