I recommend to print the base or light block in something dark like black or a dark gray. White or transparent for the diffuser. 

Printing

Layer Height: .2 is fine

Infill: 30% is fine but this wont make much of a difference

Layers: at least 3 on both but 5 works great.

For the diffuser use .2 for layer height
