This is a model which I designed for my broken Electrolux vacuum hose.

It attaches two parts (colored in red and green) together using a tight fit adapter.

If your broken part looks like this, you can use this adapter as a support for the broken part.

You can change the fit by scaling the model by a few percent. A glue might strengthen the fit, you should consider it.

I printed it horizontally (using supports) for more strength, due to the fact that I only had PLA available. However, vertical printing could also work.
