Alligator clips will not fit the coolant pipes, so the coolant pipes will need some modifications (cutting) before they could fit.

Or, you can print the additional Alligator clip plug, which will allow you to simply plug them together without having to cut anything

I also recommend using heat strink on the tips of the alligator clips to protect circuit boards from getting scratched
