I printed with open end facing up so I did not need supports. Just use a small brim to stop them from falling over. Print all 4 at once with a little distance between each one to help keep the part from getting too hot whilst printing.

I printed at 0.2 mm layer height with at least 2 walls and 4 top and bottom layers. I was using my 0.6 mm nozzle but would advise to use the standard 0.4 mm. Walls are what will make this part strong, not really thick enough to get much strength from the innfil.
