This is the third iterations I made. I needed a stongish place to hook my grow lights to so I spun this up. I would print this with 100% infill with a strong material such as ABS or stronger (depending on the weight of the object you plan to support with it) and orientate the print so the hook side lays flat so that it prints stronger.
