22Apr2020 1500 Made one little change to the mount, I added text v2 as I printed the wrong one last night.

21Apr2020 1645 Added the Equate (wal-mart brand) STL the should hole(printing now) the 3FLOZ bottle of hand sanitizer. I also removed the original stl mount, the big difference is on the female side of the dovetail, the wall/locker mount I took and additional .025mm from each side to allow quick changing.

Added a photo of finished print of the equate holder, a little sloppy vs the HDX but I can live with. Unfortunately I have to print another mount as the holder had some elephant foot.

I work in retail an I interact with customers and co-workers all day long. The COVID-19 panic hit and I thought I have hand sanitizer/wipes in my locker, why not double side tape it to the locker door instead of taking up space in my locker. So I designed and printed these. While the first one (the one photo from inside my locker) I went back an re-designed it to a two part dove tail design in case I want to switch brands. It was designed around HDX (Home Depot brand) 2oz hand sanitizer.

The first one I printed with brim as my PEI sheet need more cleaning than I was willing to do at that moment. The two piece I did with rafts (defaults to that when I switch PLA/Type/Color in cura).

I had to work the two part one together for a few minutes before it would go on and off nicely, how ever the pounding and working it cause one of the dovetails on the mount to break but not bad. I would print maybe the mount part 1% larger or I will go back and adjust my tolerances. I went back and re adjusted my design to make it fit nicer. I have printing it and out it in my locker at work, I will take a photo if I can remember.

While it was printing (the pictured one) I went back and moved my timeline to the sketches and worked from there, I wanted to teach myself to do a dovetail.
