More pictures posted. The lid is very basic at the moment and will be revised to better fit around the pi ethernet and USB ports. I also uploaded the snap-fit bases I made for the pi and relay. Not sure if anyone will care but it can be tough to cut out parts from a complete .STL so I left these here.
*WARNING* if you can't SAFELY wire the relay in to this enclosure, don't. 120v AC is deadly and not at all the same as playing with an Arduino MCU or LEDs and a 9v battery. You can die. If you do that then you won't be converting oxygen to carbon-dioxide and the trees will suffer.*WHY DO YOU HATE THE TREES!!!!*
I'd appreciate it if anyone has ideas for mounting this case. I had considered mounting underneath my Prusa i3MK2 by bridging the threaded rods. This way it is out of the way.
This is a remix(ish) of luc_e's Raspberry Pi 7 Inch Touchscreen display case. I sliced and diced it to make it bigger and I also added a snap-fit base for the Pi and the relay I'm using. I'll include the base for the Pi and the relay separately but the main case has everything already built in to the model. I'll make a case lid soon.
Someone will no doubt realize that I didn't make room for the SD card access. I didn't do that due to the fact that I don't plan on performing SD-card maintenance. On the rare occasion I do, I'll remove the pi. If anyone wants I could be convinced to add an opening and a tool to insert/remove the card.
