The HBS 32 vario band saw from Scheppach has a round plastic table insert. This naturally wears out during normal operation. Fortunately, some spare parts are still available for this old machine from the early 1990s. Parts such as the table inlay are often simply made from wood by yourself, as the shipping costs often quickly exceed the cost of the actual part. Unfortunately it is difficult with this complicated shape with bevels.

That's why this table insert is predestined to be 3D-printed. It can be printed with any material without supports.

Die Bandsäge HBS 32 vario von Scheppach besitzt eine runde Tischeinlage aus Kunststoff. Diese nutzt sich durch den normalen Betrieb natürlich ab. Zum Glück gibt es für diese alte Maschine aus den frühen 1990er Jahren teilweise noch Ersatzteile. Teile wie eine Tischeinlage fertigt man häufig einfach selbst aus Holz, denn nicht selten übersteigen die Versandkosten schnell die Kosten für das eigentliche Teil. Leider ist es bei dieser komplizierten Form mit Fasen an den Seiten schwierig.

Aus diesem Grund ist diese Tischeinlage prädestiniert für den 3D Druck selbst zu kreieren. Sie kann mit jedem Material ohne Stützen gedruckt werden.
