Use a modifier and a color change started at the same height to switch to the flexible PLA at the height the bubble starts to print (3.5mm). Use the modifier to slow the print speed of the flexible PLA to 15-20mm/s (or whatever works for your printer).
This would probably also work with PETG and TPU if you don't have flexible PLA.
