INTRODUCTION: 

These Printsulation test prints have the same tolerance as the actual parts. As printing multiple quarter-panels requires a significant amount of print time and filament, this is just a pre-check to confirm that it is likely to work.

Print these parts, as well as at least one full sized porthole and one full sized bone fitting from the Printsulation Fittings model. Assemble as in the cover photo here.

NOTE 1: ABS may warp more in larger parts, so this is not a perfect test. But it is generally true that success with these test parts is predictive of success with the actual parts.

NOTE 2: Always print test parts with the same settings you intend to use for the actual parts.

Please familiarize yourself with the print specifications and guidelines for all Printsulation parts, maintained in the Printsulation Side and Top Flat Panels model. I don't repeat them here, as attempting to maintain multiple sources for the same information is a recipe for error.
