Made the model smaller (i think it is 80%) and made a new cut to seperate the blade from the hilt. Additionally i added a pin and two holes, to make clueing easier.

The cut helps using two different colors.

The hilt can be printed with "Make overhangs printable", when the hole is facing up. Use brim if your adhesion is not the best.

Print the pin sideways for better strength.

No supports need for any of the parts.
