This is a spotlight socket. The spotlight can be tilted. The inner part just clicks into the outer part. The clips need printed twice and secured by two screws.

I printed it with PLA and had the problem that the bulbs kept falling out due to the heat. I fixed it by adding some double sided tape on the inside of the inner part. Maybe there are other materials that work better.
