I designed this prop guard for my QAV-PIKO 2" quad. It weighs about 3.25 grams each.
I provide 4 mounting holes for 2mm screws at 9mm diagonal spacing, but only 2 screws are required to hold it well.
*Update 12/7/2018* Added a larger version (protector4) for oversized 2" props.
*Update 2/25/2019* Added protector6 which is a stronger and lighter version of protector4

Notes:
I strongly recommend a .1mm layer height. Use 30% (or higher) support density at 2mm resolution and 60 degrees overhang max.
Use 2 layer upper separation (good for .1mm layer height). This is important!Print with a .5mm extrusion width for best results. 8 layers top and bottom, 2 perimeters.
Post-Printing
Be careful when removing supports. Start by gently wiggling the supports under the three arms of the print until loose. Best to use needle nose pliers. After the supports are loose under three arms, you should be able to just pull off the entire group of supports all together from under the mount pad.
After supports are removed use a sharp scraping tool to clean up where the protector will attach under the motor mounts. Clean up any blobs and smooth as necessary. Helps to drill out the holes with a 2mm drill to clean them up.
