This lad should stand/kneel on his own, without any extra supports. If it doesn't, sand the contact points down, or glue the figure onto the base provided!!
Be careful with removing supports around the hands, it's a little fragile-- especially if you give it a low infill. Superglue will be a useful tool for this model. try to print with a brim, if possible.
