This is a plaque that you can attach to your drone with your FAA registration number embedded into the print. The print weighs about 4.5 grams (60mm x 20mm x 4mm) and takes ~10 minutes to print on my Bambu X1 Carbon. You can attach the plaque to your drone with double sided sticky tape or super glue.

You can easily change the print dimensions and embed your logo as well. For best print results, increase plaque size and spacing between letters.

To change the registration numbers simply:

• Add text object with your registration number (10 digits)- FAAXXXXXXX
• Resize to fit plaque
• Convert text to mesh and extrude
• Lower mesh to overlay on plaque
• Click on plaque, apply modifier, generate boolean, difference (apply to text mesh)
• Remove text and the plaque should have your FAA registration number embedded

Alternatively, you can simply join the text mesh with the plaque and print with raised text.
