The wand adapters that came with the switchbot blind tilt is too large to fit the wand on my blinds and the mounting position of the device itself didn't work so i had to design my own version.

Wand adapter

This adapter replaces the included S/M/L/XL adapter (those with sticky tape in the middle).
The wand adapter is designed for a rod that is around 3.5mm and some 3M sticky tape with a thickness of around 1mm.
The diameter of the hole is 4.5mm, step file is provided incase you need to adapt it.

Make sure that no tape is stuck between the two halves or you wont be able to close the metallic latch on the flex coupling.
The two printed halves need to touch when mounted around the rod.

It is likely to be somewhat difficult to close the latch on the flex coupling.

Mount

I also had to design a mount since i can't attach the mount to the door/window frame or i wont be able to open them.
The mount is designed to hang from the rail at the top and provide an area for sticking the mounting base (A)
Because the mount hooks in to the gap at the top and sits directly against the metal, i had no need to secure it with tape.

Step file is included incase you need to adapt.

I printed both in PLA and it worked fine.
Experimented with using flex (95A) for the wand adapter but decided PLA was better even if it is a bit more difficult to install.
