Nothing much just use support at the bottom of the back scratcher, and use a brim for the handles so they don't pop off the build plate. You can use whatever paracord you have, just knot on the rope to the sratcher. 

p.s. If the spike are to spiky use a lighter or a heat gun to dull the tips
