Spacer to set shower head in place.
Thread the holder through shower arm. Use epoxy to glue the part to the wall.
This uses friction fit to hold shower arm, it works pretty well once the glue holds the part to the wall, but I left several 3mm holes on the side of the wall and fitting if you need restrain the arm a bit more.
Print with supports.
