I found the Voroni style soap dish appealing but found none with a base.
I used SolveSpace to create a 2D profile projection of a Voroni pattern which I then extruded into a 3D hole template. In 123D I mounted a solid oval dish onto a solid oval base cylinder then removed the holes using the hole template.
I printed this in eSun PLA+ at 0.2mm on an FLsun Q5. With excellent cooling this is printable without support.
