Electric reclining sofas are great, that is until your little child finds them and decides it's a game to play with.
There are many different styles of buttons on sofas but these seem to be fairly common on UK sofas.
To fit: Push the part over the buttons. It should be a reasonably snug fit.
To remove: The design has a wedge cut off the left side. Simply push the left side and the print will rotate out enough to pull it off from the right hand side.
Most printer settings will work fine. No supports or brim needed. Printed on a Prusa Mini (Print settings won't let me select Mini)

Tracing an image in Fusion 360
I used a photo of the button frame to trace, using 1 measured dimension for scaling. The first trial print fitted well but slightly too lose and was a faff to remove, so I added the chamfer to make it easier.
