AMP regulators will require work from time to time. I have been messing around a lot lately and using compressed air to pop it out is a bit of a pain. I wanted something that could grab the assembly and lift it out and then reinstall it without damaging the shaft surface and without compressed air.
This is a print in place grabber and release plunger assembly that is very easy to use. The outer tube is supported by small designed in blips so you will want to make sure your settings don't ignore them. Take a razorblade or box cutter and snap these to free up the extractor piston.
It was designed for PETG. It may be too stiff if printed with a carbon fill material but will probably still work. My concern was exposing carbon and possibly introducing scratches over time.
The 3mf is for a Bambu X1C. The tolerances are pretty tight, so you may need to adjust allowances if it doesn't work for you. I do print with a lot of cooling and very slow speeds since the layer time is so short. It is not optimum for production, but for one off its good.
PETG does absorb water, it just doesn't weaken when it does like PA. You should dry it and make sure your retraction is adequate to avoid stringing. It could bind up the small shaft in the collar and break the part.
Also, pushing on the top to remove it from the plate can snap the supports and put a lot of bending on the small shaft. Remove it with a scrapper or grabbing the bottom button.
