Summary
More bed levelling stuff. You will need 40mm m3 hex head bolts. They are easily sourced from ebay or amazon. I also use nyloc nuts.
I mainly use PLA, so I printed in that and I haven't had issues with deformation when the bed heats.
I use these thumbscrews in the front as they don't crash against the front y axis plates.

I used 0.6mm walls, 15% infill, not that there is muchat this size. I printed flat and used cura 'lines' (0.2 gaps) instead of grid. The 'lines' are easily removed.
Simply use the reflection option of your print software to create left and right.
