This is a simple leg riser for IKEA TARVA, rises by 10cm be default and I think 15cm should do with 5 insets unless you like to abuse your furniture. I did 12cm and my grandparents appreciate.
The fit has to be tight, otherwise the riser will be strained more than necessary. I recommend printing a 2-cm high tube madeof the top part (submerging by 20cm in your slicer before slicing) and testing hole horizontal expansion unless you get a tight fit.
Note the hight of 220mm might not fit smaller printers.

Notes:
PLA is very strong, unless you live in very warm climate. I recommend 110% extrusion width and 4 shells with 0.6 nozzle, rather 5 with 0.4 nozzle. Infill line multiplier to 2 or 3 is a good idea, if you use Cura. This is a high consumption print, I used about a kilogram for all 4 risers. Push temperature a little higer than usual, no issue with stringing or overhangs, but you need it to be strong. Print time about 6 hours per piece with my slicing.
I made a pyramid in Tinkercad and cut out a brick of 42mm by 42mm.
