I have embedded a little magnet(3mm height and 6mm diameter) in this print. 

With Cura you can use the “Post Processing Script” Pause at height to pause the print and insert the magnet in the model. I recommend to change the fisrt option from “Height” to “Layer Number”, slice the model and look for the layer right before it covers the hole for the magnet.
