This simple part could help to prevent sagging of the drawer front. 

Suitable for drawers which :

• have a sidewall width of up to 14 mm at the top
• might be prone to movement between the drawer-front and the sidewall if loaded heavily (often having an adjustment there rather than a rigid joint)

Many B&Q and Blum drawers are like this. 
Ikea ones might work differently, from what I've seen.

Important : Adjust the door position, according to the drawer instructions, BEFORE fitting these brackets.
