I designed this pedal case to be the same depth as most mini pedals but with more width to allow for the use of larger pots and up to a 40mm x 60mm PCB. 

If you are interested in making your own guitar pedals try it out. Treble boost circuits and many fuzz circuits fit easily. 

Check out some of the boards on PedalPCB.com. Many of their boards will fit nicely.

The top of the case is left blank so you can place your own holes for control pots.

You will need:

4 x M3 x 8.5 heat set inserts

4 x M3 x 8 socket head cap screws

1 x  5mm LED

1 x  3PDT footswitch

2 x  ¼" (6.35mm) jacks

1 x  barrel jack for power

Potentiometers 

PCB (max 40mm x 60mm)
