The Sovol Zero uses a type of 1515 channel for its frame, but I've found that standard clips don't fit it. The channel on the Zero rails is narrower, and having the side panels attached outside of the rails make is so they would not clear anyways.
These clips have a narrower shaft, and a 2mm relief on one side to clear the Zero's side panels.
This clip is relatively small, I use it for the HDMI and USB cable for my Klipper screen. Would also work for holding PTFE tube.
Note that because these clips have a very narrow shaft, they only turn one direction when inserting. Insert with the body of the clip to the “outside” of the printer body, and turn ninety degrees clockwise.
Also, because of the very thin shaft, I do not recommend standard PLA. A rigid plastic may snap off, where the more flexible PETG will just twist if forced. PLA+ may be fine, but I'd recommend PETG, ABS, Nylon, etc.
